A. Purpose of Contract
A. CLIENT CONTRACT <ol> <li>The purpose of this contract is to assist you on your student visa application (subclass 500) to Australia. The service includes, but may not be limited to: <ul> <li>the analysis of the documents sent by you help in completing forms application preparation and submission once all required documents and information have been provided to us; and</li> <li>any kind of guidance regarding the application of student visa to Australia.</li> </ul> </li> <li>We will commence work for you as soon as we receive your signed acceptance of this Client Contract and payment of AUD$200.00. This is fee will be deducted from the total fees of your visa application. However, if you terminate our services once the application has commenced, you will not be entitled to this credit. </li> <li>Please note that all required documents or information must be provided in timely manner. Applications with due date less than 2 working days prior to the visa expiry will attract a priority processing fee of $100 which is payable upfront. </li> <li>This Client Contract only covers the work involved in assisting you with your student visa application; that is the work required up to and including the Immigration Department’s first decision on your case. If the outcome is unfavourable and you wish to take the matter further this will be an additional piece of work and subject to a new Client Contract and costs associated with the additional work. </li> <li>Accounts are payable within 7 days from acceptance of this offer. We reserve the right to terminate our engagement in the event of any default of payment.</li> </ol>

C. REFUNDS
C. REFUNDSThe contract shall remain valid and binding for a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of issuance. If the contract is not accepted within this timeframe, it shall be deemed null and void without further notice, unless expressly extended in writing by us. No refunds shall be issued once the commencement of works has begun. Upon initiation of any services under this agreement, the client forfeits the right to claim any refund for fees or expenses paid, in whole or in part. Refunds are only available under limited circumstances, specifically in cases of compassionate or compelling reasons. If the visa is refused, we will refund only proportion of the prepaid fees as per Fees and Refund policies by education providers. If the visa if refused and you wish to take the matter further, this will be an additional piece of work and subject to news costs associated with the additional work.
