A consultation is recorded in handwritten notes. An important instruction remains buried inside a chat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\">Staff then spend hours renaming files, chasing information, creating tasks and reconstructing what happened.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\">I know this because I do not merely build software for migration professionals.
