Care Is Not Evidence<\/h1>\n

The only thing OMARA assesses is what you can prove. Here is where most migration agents are exposed.<\/p>\n <\/header>\n\n

Most registered migration agents believe their care protects them.<\/p>\n\n

It does not.<\/p>\n\n

You can act with complete integrity for fifteen years. You can put the client first every single time. You can lose sleep over a refusal that was never your fault. None of that is visible to OMARA.<\/p>\n\n

When an investigation starts, OMARA does not assess your intentions. It assesses your record. It reads what you wrote, when you wrote it, and whether it lines up with the Code of Conduct.<\/p>\n\n

Care is not evidence. And evidence is the only thing OMARA assesses.<\/p>\n\n

Where your record actually lives<\/h2>\n\n

Ask yourself one question. If OMARA requested your full file on a matter tomorrow, where would the evidence come from?<\/p>\n\n
