While some providers saw improvements, others unfortunately dropped their level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What\u2019s particularly concerning is the <strong>lack of transparency<\/strong> and <strong>the biassed nature of these calculations<\/strong>. The risk rating doesn\u2019t reflect the provider&#8217;s <strong>quality of education<\/strong> or <strong>compliance practices<\/strong>\u2014instead, it\u2019s largely based on immigration processing outcomes, which are often out of the provider&#8217;s control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Consider this example: <\/strong>when a visa is refused for a student package that includes both ELICOS and VET courses, both education providers are penalised\u2014even though neither has control over the other\u2019s operations, the vetting process, or the applicant\u2019s profile.
