Where can I find a course in Australia? <\/b>You can look at <\/span>https:\/\/cricos.education.gov.au\/<\/span><\/a>\u00a0 or <\/span>https:\/\/www.educli.com\/en\/student-index<\/span><\/a> or find a provider through google search. You can also seek help from education agents.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. How do I apply for college admission? <\/b>You can apply directly to your preferred college or you can use an agent or a third party portal.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. I have applied to a college, what should I do next?<\/b> Once you receive a written proposal (Offer letter), and you agree to the terms and conditions, you may need to pay initial fee to get enrolled. Once you receive a Confirmation of Enrolment (COE), you can lodge your visa application.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Where do I submit my visa application, and how long will it take to process?<\/b> In general, applications for visas to Australia should be submitted using an online application form at <\/span>www.immi.gov.au<\/span><\/a>. The processing times are posted at <\/span>https:\/\/immi.homeaffairs.gov.au\/visas\/getting-a-visa\/visa-processing-times\/global-visa-processing-times<\/span><\/a> .<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Can I withdraw my application?<\/b> You can withdraw your application through the immi portal.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n

  7. Can I work whil on student visa in Australia?<\/b> You can work 48 hours per fortnight. For Master by research and PhD students, the visa holder has unrestricted work rights. * You can also work unrestricted during holiday breaks and between courses *(please contact us or your college \/ agent for more details).<\/span><\/li>\n
  8. What kind of jobs can I get in Australia?<\/b> You can work in any job or position that your agree on with your employer. There are no restrictions on industry or salary, however, you must comply with the working hours restrictions.<\/span><\/li>\n
  9. If my application is denied, can I apply again?<\/b> You can, however, it is advisable to consult professionals to get an understanding why your application was refused and how to mitigate this in the next application.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  10. How much does it cost?<\/b> You should consider the following expenses: <\/span>
    \n<\/span>– Tuition fees for your college, travel tickets, compulsory insurance, and immigration visa fees.<\/span><\/li>\n
  11. What is the English language level requirement for a student visa to Australia?<\/b> Applications for English language courses has no minimum requirements, for Vocational and Higher Education courses see <\/span>https:\/\/immi.homeaffairs.gov.au\/visas\/getting-a-visa\/visa-listing\/student-500#HowTo<\/span><\/a>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n

  13. 19. Can I take my family with me?<\/b> You can include your family in the application, however this may create additional scrutiny from the immigration department. You should contact a migration agent for assistance or contact us.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  14. 20. Will it cause any issues if I take a loan for my studies?<\/b> You must have accessible funds and a source of funds. Loans may be acceptable if they meet the requirements.<\/span><\/li>\n
  15. 21. What is the total processing time?<\/b> Generally, course and provider admission about 1 week for private organisation, up to 1 months for public providers. Visa application preparation and lodgement up to 4 weeks. Decision from the Department of Home Affairs is currently around 6 months. See <\/span>https:\/\/immi.homeaffairs.gov.au\/visas\/getting-a-visa\/visa-processing-times\/global-visa-processing-times<\/span><\/a>\u00a0 website for processing times.<\/span><\/li>\n
  16. What documents are required for a student visa application?<\/b> You need to provide at a minimum:<\/span>
    \n<\/span>– Passport, Confirmation of Enrolment, another form of ID, insurance, previous education, employment and travel records. In some circumstances you may need to provide evidence of your financial capacity,\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  17. 23. Is there any medical exam or police report required to apply for a student visa?<\/b> Yes, you may need to undergo a health examination and provide police clearance for every country .<\/span><\/li>\n
  18. How to write a Genuine Student letter?<\/b> Your GS letter should explain your circumstances in your home country, what are your plans in Australia, what and why you selected for your studies, and how this course will help you in your future – employment, professional development. The GS letter should be around 2-3 pages long, or around 2000 words.<\/span><\/li>\n
  19. Can I get Resident visa in Australia after my studies?<\/b> Depending on your course of study, your experience, and knowledge, you may be eligible for another visa that can lead to PR. You need to contact a migration professional or contact us.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  20. What are levels of studies in Australia?<\/b> English language courses, School education, Vocational Education and Training (VET), Undergraduate, postgraduate, and research courses.
