This feedback is important for providers to inform continuous improvement of training and assessment and to help ASQA understand how providers respond to feedback from students and employers.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reporting this data is a condition of the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.legislation.gov.au\/Details\/F2020L01517\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Data Provision Requirements 2020,<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">which requires that all Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) registered with ASQA collect and report their student and employer feedback.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The following providers are exempt from reporting quality indicator data for the 2022 calendar year:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">if your RTO was granted initial registration by ASQA or another registering body after 30 June 2022<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">if your RTO did not provide any nationally recognised training or assessment services in the previous calendar year and submitted a \u2018Nil return\u2019 in the data collection for the Australian Vocational Education and Training Management Information Statistical Standard (AVETMISS).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">if your RTO took part in the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncver.edu.au\/research-and-statistics\/vet-student-experience-survey\/the-2021-vet-student-experience-survey-faqs\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">VET Student Experience Survey (VETSES)<\/span><\/a> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in the 2022 calendar year you do not need to submit additional student data to ASQA. You still need to give us employer data.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">QI summary reports can be submitted to ASQA using the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.asqa.gov.au\/form\/quality-indicator-annual-summary\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quality indicator webform<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0. ASQA is no longer accepting completed QI summary reports submitted by email. (For providers that have already submitted QI summary reports for 2022 data by email, your 2022 summary reports will be accepted in that format.)<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.educli.com\/en\">Educli<\/a> offers Learners and Employers feedback questionnaires in an electronic format. There is no limit to the number of submissions. Automatise your processes with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.educli.com\/en\/provider-index\">Educli <\/a> .\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ASQA will be using your responses to inform the continuous improvement of the quality indicator summary report.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Providers are encouraged to collect feedback data in the first half of the year about the previous calendar year (1 January to 31 December).
