No. PRISMS does not provide an open API. The MD115 Portal is designed to work from the standard PRISMS export file that every provider already uses. Just upload the file - no integration projects required.

Is sensitive student data required?

No. Educli focuses on structural and outcome data - CoE status, dates, course, nationality, location, and (optionally) agent code. Names, addresses and contact details can be removed before upload.
